You contact me by phone or by email to inquire about the services I provide.
Initial Consultation by phone or email
The purpose of the initial consultation is to get an understanding of the scope of the problem by answering your questions and getting to know you and your family. We will explore your needs, concerns, expectations and budget, this will give us an understanding of what you would like to achieve and where to start the process. We will require you to send through some photos and measurements so that we can assess the area and organise a plan moving forward.
Booking
Once a suitable time has been chosen, I will then confirm the appointment with a service agreement, the terms and conditions and invoice. The booking is confirmed once we receive your 50% deposit, as detailed on the invoice.
Start of work
On the day
- I will arrive at your house with my essential kit items ready for a productive session together.
- Paperwork: I will provide you with a service agreement and OH&S form to fill in prior to commencing the service.
- I will work alongside you to complete the agreed task(s), providing you with sustainable solutions and guiding you along the way.
- I will work with you to create long term results that work well for you and your families lifestyle.

Maintenance and support
Two weeks after working together, I will contact you by phone to review the organising systems we put in place, modify them if needed, assist with new organisational needs and provide ongoing support.
Need more sessions
Additional organising sessions can be booked at any time, please contact me via phone or email.
